An absolutely amazing experience! Everything was perfect. The staff is highly professional and friendly. The rooms are exactly like the pictures, spacious, and equipped with almost everything you need. On the third floor, there is a health center that includes a pool, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. The facilities were clean and very well-maintained. Also on the third floor, there is a rooftop café where you can enjoy the beautiful view and tranquility. The prices are reasonable. On the ground floor, there is a supermarket with everything a person might need. In short, it was a positive experience, and I will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Al Ain.

I came for my friend's wedding at the hotel and wanted to stay the night so I didn't drive back to Abu Dhabi. Ayla Hotel was around the city center and situated next to this beautiful mosque I could see from my window. Restaurants were close by although I still had to drive a couple of minutes to the nearest fast food. It was next to a hospital which was reassuring. Staff were very polite and warm, instantly felt like I was coming in to stay at a higher calibre hotel. They got me checked in quickly and sorted my luggage at the door. The weather was perfect for an outside dinner at the restaurant at the rooftop. I didn't indulge in the gym or pool amenities.

I liked the location of hotel. It is very easy to reach main showplaces in Al Ain like museums, parks, libraries and mosque. I like the food, it is amazing. The hotel is clean and good arranged. The stuff is friendly and nice. Also it is really quick to reach the supermarket, so I’m amazed.

Staff are generally friendly. I dropped my credit card after my check out and the hotel staff quickly called me while I was still having lunch in the hotel. Food vouchers are given for hotel staff which I used for breakfast lunch and at the resturant.
